Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service

Trackdit (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Mink OÜ, an Estonian company. By accessing or using Trackdit you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be a human individual or a single authorized representative of a business. Automated signups or scripted logins are not permitted.
  • One account per person or legal entity. If you need additional seats, contact support for enterprise options instead of creating duplicate accounts.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trackdit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may not use Trackdit for any illegal purpose or in violation of Reddit’s policies, API rules, or applicable laws.

2. Acceptable Use & Customer Content

  • Trackdit stores the keywords, notification preferences, and notes you provide (“Customer Content”). You remain responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights or include unlawful material.
  • You may not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unrelated advertising through Trackdit.
  • All Reddit data fetched by Trackdit must stay within Trackdit or your internal workflows. Republishing, reselling, or scraping beyond Reddit’s allowed usage is prohibited.
  • We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that overload our infrastructure, exceed fair-use limits, attempt to bypass rate limits, or otherwise misuse the service.

3. Service Modifications

Trackdit continuously evolves. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially impacts paid functionality, we’ll provide reasonable notice via email or in-app messaging.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Downgrades

  • Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our Stripe-powered checkout. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Changes to pricing or plan structure will take effect after at least seven days’ notice.
  • Downgrading or canceling a plan may reduce access to saved keywords, notification history, or other data. We are not liable for any resulting loss.

5. Cancellation & Account Deletion

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from the `/app/account` section. Cancellation stops future renewals, but previously paid periods remain active until they expire.
  • You can delete your Trackdit account at any time via the `/app/account` page. Account deletion is permanent and will:
  • Immediately cancel any active paid subscription
  • Permanently delete all your keywords, matches, notification history, and settings
  • Remove all your personal data from our systems
  • This action cannot be undone

6. Payment Disputes & Refunds

Because Trackdit bills in advance for access to the service, we do not issue partial-month refunds, downgrade credits, or refunds for unused time. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@trackdit.com within 14 days for review.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Trackdit owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including trademarks, logos, software, and documentation.
  • You retain ownership of your Customer Content but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for delivering the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trackdit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, complete Reddit coverage, or error-free data. Access to Reddit’s APIs may change, and we are not responsible for downstream effects of Reddit outages or policy shifts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackdit and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid to Trackdit in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Trackdit relies on providers such as Reddit, MongoDB, and hosting vendors. Their availability or policy changes may impact Trackdit, and we’re not liable for those external dependencies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Trackdit after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
